Howardlim scammed me for $200 dont trust him.

Ok basically he was doing facebook fan page likes we started with small amounts and ended up doing bigger numbers but after i sent him $200 he told me he couldnt do it for a couple of days but its been 2 weeks now and he hasnt been online or replied to any of my messages so im posting here not because of the money but to make sure he doesnt do this to anybody else.. dont trust howardlim. He's from Malaysia. If he sees this, I bet he will be pissed.

I could post paypal screenshots and chat logs but all that could of been edited anyway so i dont know what i can post as "proofs"

this sucks, and chances are he'll just sign up here under a different name and do the same thing to somebody else.
