How???

Hi guys, what’s going on?

So, I noticed a lot of videos on Facebook, I can’t really explain it but here’s one page and just check their videos. https://facebook.com/matingandbirth/ These are small clips and when you click on them to make it full screen the video will still play AND load their website, of course, with full of Adsense ads. Can someone explain me how to upload videos like that? Thanks
