If this is all it takes then it shouldnt be that hard. Im sure YT will have to find another way to patch it eventually. This sounds like they used a bandaid for a stab wound.
Yes I agree people abused it. Especially with that video that directed people here.
youtube can pick up if it is a proxy or not as it runs through a website i think anyway
yes but that would only give you one view so there for pointless really

What it used to do, is the RTSP connecton was made and video play command was sent, but the information was never recieved or displayed on computer. Connection gets closed and another is made. Takes split second, and multi-thread was doing it's job. It can still be done, as blocking counter for mobile views is pointless for Youtube. But now it is more complicated how they add the views. The bug is open in other video hosting websites though Just a hint

I suspect there is but people are keeping this low for obvious reasons, once something is unleased it gets patched in no time!

Is YouTube just patched (no count) views from the RTSP mobile only.
How about RTP, HTTP, MMS, HTTPS, PAN ?
I know, not all mobile that connect to YouTube server using RTSP.
Maybe other "hole" ?

Only able blast to 10 videos(with magic views).
Then YouTube patched that hole.. argh!
But I really sure, there still have another loop hole on YouTube.. just need to spend a little bit time to figure it out..

You were the one in every thread saying you wanted it patched?? What did you think was going to happen, they would patch everyone elses but leave yours working?
