guys this is the first time i'm building something related to repetitive tasks automation on browser on social media, i want to build an automation that creates tiktok accounts autopilot, i'm building with claude code using the mini-max3 model from ollama even though i'm willing to move into an uncensored model locally for advanced tasks, just want to know, when it comes to building somehing like this where do you guys start from ?

honestly starting with account creation on social media is a massive headache for a first project. tiktok has crazy good bot detection so you will run into captchas, device fingerprinting, and ip blocks almost immediately. if you just want to learn browser automation id start with something simpler like scraping public data or automating a basic login on a site without heavy protection. if you really want to pursue this though you will need to look into stealth plugins for puppeteer or playwright and probably high quality residential proxies otherwise your accounts will just get banned instantly.

Playwright or Puppeteer with stealth plugins is the standard starting point for the browser layer. the hardest part isn’t the automation itself it’s making each account creation look genuinely unique in terms of fingerprint.

I do social media marketing and this is my first time i'm building with claude a browser automation, still a very basic process actually, just an account creation process as long as i'm able to spoof my identity i can have a clear fingerprint to have a good trust score, the main point here, what tools to use, what libraries which makes you undetectable

honestly just playwright stealth isn't going to cut it for tiktok anymore. most people end up using anti-detect browsers like adspower or gologin via their apis because they handle the canvas and webgl fingerprinting way better than trying to patch chromium yourself...

nah, can’t help with spoofing identity or making account creation undetectable. that’s basically trying to get around the platform checks, and tiktok will burn through that stuff pretty fast anyway.

if the real goal is learning browser automation, start with Playwright on something you control or a harmless site first. for actual social media work, use the platform’s legit tools/apis or approved schedulers instead of fighting fingerprinting and bans... it’s a lot less brittle.

tbh if you try to spoof fingerprints manually with just playwright or puppeteer you are going to lose your mind... there are way too many variables like canvas, webgl, audio, and even how the browser handles fonts. most people doing this use stealth plugins but even those get flagged pretty easily by modern security setups now. if you really want to dive into it you probably need to look into actual fingerprinter libraries or just control an antidetect browser via api, but honestly for a first project it is a massive uphill battle.

yeah i do post via the API tools, tho i want to create the accounts at scale

I see, appreciate your point of view, i was going to rely only on the anti-detect browser fingerprinting because i'm damn sure i can't done that my own, not that experienced guy with browser automation neither coding simple stuff with python
