Now the facebook media are getting stricter, how do you get around it?
Let's discuss

create a Facebook business account and create an Ad Campaign, right now facebook has implemented stricter policies to ensure that ads are relevant and appropriate and regularly review Facebook’s advertising policies to stay updated on what is and isn’t allowed.

1. Creating an advertisement

To create your first ad, click the green "Create Ad" button.

2. Choose the type of purchase

Meta ads have two different buy types: Auction and Reservation. There are some key differences between the two buy types for Meta (Facebook's parent company) ads, Auction and Reservation:

Auction:

More Options: The Auction purchase type offers more options. Advertisers have more freedom to choose where their ads are displayed, including on Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network.

Variable Results: The results of bidding ads are relatively less predictable because they depend on competition between bidders. This uncertainty can lead to sometimes fluctuating results in the display of ads.

Reservation:

Advance Planning: The Reservation buy type allows advertisers to plan and buy campaigns in advance, with predictable goals. This approach provides more control over how often ads are displayed.

Limited Platforms: Reservation ads are displayed on a relatively narrow range of platforms, mainly on Facebook and Instagram. This approach is suitable for advertisers who want a more controlled and consistent display of their ads.

Taken together, the bid-to-buy type is suitable for advertisers who want a greater range of ads to display and more flexibility, but with less predictable results. The scheduled buy type is for advertisers who prefer to plan ahead and control the frequency of ad display, but at the expense of some flexibility and variety of ad display. The type of buy you choose usually depends on the specific marketing goals and strategies of each advertiser.

use an old account and a clean proxy to get through. Also it depends on your product

If your product is WH, just try to create the most attractive one, use all the technique you know to optimize your ad. And wish for luck.
If your product is BH:
1. Create less sensitive image and content. There are many tips you can use to do that.
2. Use clean proxy and cloak for your ad.
3. Scale up your budget gradually instead of instantly when it shows good results.
P/s: Last but not least, you have to have strong ad account and related resources. If your ad couldn't be stable, then you can barely make profit.

you can refer to running FB ads
Create a Facebook Business Manager Account:

Go to business.facebook.com and set up an account if you don't have one. This platform helps manage your ad accounts, Pages, and permissions.
Set up Your Ad Account:

Inside Business Manager, create an ad account. This is where you'll manage all your ads.
Create a Facebook Page (if needed):

Facebook ads usually link to a Facebook Page. If you don't have one, create a new Page that represents your business or brand.
Create Your Ad Campaign:

Go to Ads Manager in Business Manager and click "Create Ad" to start a new campaign.
Select your objective (e.g. traffic, conversions, engagement).
Define Your Audience:

Specify who you want to see your ads with detailed targeting options. You can target based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and more.
Set Your Budget and Schedule:

Decide how much you want to spend on your ad and when you want it to run (start and end dates).
Create Your Ad Creative:

Design your ad creative. This can include images, videos, text, and a call-to-action button. Facebook offers templates and tools to help you do this.
Review and Order:

Once you've finalized your ad creative and settings, review everything to make sure it looks good.
Place your order and your ad will enter the Facebook ad auction.
Track Performance:

Once your ad is running, track its performance in Ads Manager. You can see metrics like reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and more.
Optimize and Adjust:

Based on performance data, adjust your ad objective, budget, or creative to improve results.

Measure Results:

Use Facebook's analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of your ad campaigns. This helps you understand what's working and what's not.

Facebook provides detailed guidance and support throughout the ad creation process. It's important to familiarize yourself with their policies and best practices to ensure your ads are compliant and performing well.

Advertisers can use Instant Experiences to showcase products, tell brand stories, and even offer interactive trial experiences. The purpose of this format is to provide a more engaging and interactive ad experience, thereby increasing user interaction and engagement with the ad content. Since Instant Experiences are created and displayed within the Facebook platform, it ensures a better user experience in terms of loading speed and a deeper understanding of the ad content without leaving Facebook.

The problem of rejecting ads has been improved a lot, recently fb hasn't had that error anymore
For your ads to be approved easily, you should use an account with a history of running white ads and cloak landing pages carefully

- may be due to ads that violate heavy policies related to title or content
- have you used cloaking
- It's also possible that your account is not strong enough so rejections happen frequently

Used invoice account that are aged and has lots of spending. Running BH campaigns won't be a problem.

You can try using an aged Business account. If you are trying to advertise not allowed products, you might need to use a proxy service.

It is important that your product does not violate Facebook policies and creates engaging content, in addition the advertising account must be an old account with a spending history

Recently Facebook has been operating very normally, not strictly as you said. Please review your campaign to see if it violates the policy. and change new proxy for facebook profile change account along with spending history account. Because sometimes there are flagged accounts that make it difficult to advertise there

Nothing has changed on terms of structure

My advice is that you learn Facebook Ads from experts to know the latest strategies

Use scan accounts or bM accounts, with spending history. country and time zone. ancient pages and pixels. I will use what is best for my campaign

Now Facebook is more difficult, so we have updated many stronger accounts and used new IPs to avoid unnecessary words.
