How you guys manage multiple domains at different platform?

I have few domains in namecheap.
Few in namesilo.
And few in other registrars.

Sometime I forgot to renew before expired (I rarely check email)

Any tools that can help me solve my problem?

Have the account notifications forwarded to your daily email account.

If the problem is that you're not checking ANY email for the ~3 months that it takes to completely lose a domain, you're going to end up with far more serious problems than just losing a few domains.

Most of the phones have a reminder app.
I usually use this to remind me something after 1-2 months.

Use a simple Google/MS spreadsheet to keep you accountable.
Write your account credentials and domain details in spreadsheet/excel file, it will become easy to manage several domains.

I have more than 5k domains on many registrar. What make them never expired is AUTO RENEW is ON. So, I just take a look on my credit card statement every month.

For notification, all emails forwarded to primary email that I check on 5minutes interval.
