Hello everyone, i believe many here either suffer from ADHD/ADD or know someone who suffers from this. This problem is a double edged sword. The HD part means hyperfocus disorder which means the ability to concentrate on a single problem for hours without caring for anything else. The AD part means attention disorder i.e. inability to work on anything with focus. i have been suffering from this and want to turn this weakness into my strength. Can you guys help me in finding some course or some ways to focus on what i need to do rather than shifting between different things/thoughts.
