I can safely say it is 100% possible. In Romania we've had those speeds for some time.
Not sure how could you monetize it though.
I don't know how selling proxies work and I wouldn't really share my internet connection with someone without knowing how traceable it is back to me. (As I said I have no idea how it works)

If u like playing video games i will create a channel on youtube and twitch and start live streaming everyday. You can monetize by adding affiliate links or by getting tips or u can do a giveaway of a game and use ogads to monetize it

I think theres an app called honeybee or something like that. I think it pays you for giving it your bandwith, ive never done it becuase my internet sucks and I dont know for sure if they pay, but ide give it a try
It is totally passive. And the earnings with storj will rise with the usage of there service. I think that in the future, services related to resource online sharing will increase significantly in usage.

Well, if you have very fast internet with very good good upload speed then you can make your own channel and upload long videos. If they are good, it will give you higher retention and you can make more $$$.

But if you do have then try porn re-upload method with CPA offers. You can also try uploading pirated movies, series, softwares, porn to torrent sites (be careful doing that because it gets lot of copyrigh & DMCA issues).
