1. Research your topic by reading the top 3 websites
and sit down and write the high points of the same.
2. No software other than Dragon Speak which makes it a little faster
3. Contract out for an article on here on BHW but expect to realistically pay $5 for a decent original 400 word article.

Get spin chimp, get article pro, download articles relevant to your keyword, use spinchimp to replace words with similar words... check that it's readable = unique content
yes friend i'm currently using flowing method but contents in unreadable contents. and not unique so my costumer feel my service for bad things

Always go for the original handiwork of people, rather than spinning them. Remember quality over quantity. And try and research your niche topics before you commence writing your genuine article, read a few good articles on that niche from authority sites, and compile among them.

It's what i do, and my content is quality, don't rush it, take your time and read through the article, make sure you add extra words to the article to make it 100% better.
The unique content can't be generated by any of the software unless it will be like "My neighbor house is on fire now yesterday..." which is total mistake that some people do. You need to have your content unique, understandable, interesting and not copied from other websites. No magic in this, you need to write your content by your own or very trustful content writer, this is the only way you can get successful.. Do not waste your time searching for the software which will do this job for you.

The only way is to write your content by your own words after searching the topics. After you have finished writing the articles you can check your content by using software whether it is copied or not.

I think you're completely confusing 'original' with 'unique'.
To write an original article, you can follow jonnyquest's suggestions. I like to write my own articles, so I usually pick a subject that I like or that I know a lot about. I also like researching. If this is what you want, you can use a nice writer's tool like Scrivener (MacOS and PC).
If what you want is to create quality unique articles (ie. they pass copyscape) you'll have to get better at using spinners and choosing synonyms and even replace full paragraphs while keeping an eye on your grammar and semantics.
As a client, you can't pay, say, $6.00 for an article and expect it to be original, but you can surely expect it to be unique and make sense.

No other software which equalize man power in unique content. So don't think off about software, Its is better, try to write articles by yourself or else many peoples doing article writing services.

Copyscape is pretty much the best way to check uniqueness of the article.
And article writers are not GOD, you expect them to know everything about everything? Of Course they will have to carry out research on some other websites, get a gist of what the topic is all about and spurt out an unique article in their own words.
I don't understand what your definition of unique/original articles is?
