How would you monetize this channel?

Hi guys

I have a youtube channel with around 50-100K views a month that is in the crime niche [crime documentaries]

I cant monetize it via youtube ads, but im getting a ton of traffic

I was thinking of maybe creating a shopify store and dropshipping products, but i dont know which products to choose?

is there a smarter way to monetize that?

If I was a freakin` magician I wouldn't bother with youtube channels. Instead I would rob banks. (Don't worry, they are all insured)

Just kidding lol I would monetize it if I was one ^_^
idk what to do with all the damn traffic lol
 
Maybe try promoting some products like surveillance cameras or other products that can keep one safe from any kind of dangers.
Look into clickbank and see if someone is selling any kind of product in that niche.
Or the last would be to create a website and use adsense if nothing works this could be a good choice.
 
register with some influencer marketing platforms and try to pitch the demographics of the audience that you have rather than the niche... infact, your niche may also come very handy in some cases

great idea, what platform do you recommend?
my audience is mainly men between 25-50

how can I find an affiliate program for leads in the security space ?

I was thinking the same thing. I think any sort of dash cam or surveillance equipment or a links to tasers, mace etc would work. I guess it all depends on what category of the crime niche you are talking about. With that much traffic you could reach out to others in the same niche and cross promote their videos for a fee or do shout outs or other sponsored opportunities on sites like Fiverr. Maybe promote some sort of home security products. I think some of them have affiliate deals or you could contact them directly with a proposal.

im trying to find affiliate offers for home security product but cant find anything
i can sell amazon products but 4% of a $30 security camera is just not worth it

any ideas on where to find affiliate offers or maybe even lead gen offers for home security?
 
Wow is that all you get from Amazon for products like that!! Yeah totally not worth it. As for knowing of any products I'm sorry I don't at the moment.
 
im also thinking of marshal art online courses to sell to the viewers and grab some commission but cant find any lol
 
Start your own shopify store and dropship spyware (spy glasses, hidden cams, etc) so you dont have to worry about all the fees from Amazon. Start with one product and if it does well, then grow your brand with other items. I fall in your demographic and I watch crime docs and I was shopping on Amazon for a spycam. If you had a site, you would gotten a sale from me.

No not sure of it too much.
Try scanning aliexpress and see if they have something. If yes then create a shopify or woocommerce store and drive traffic over it.
 
sell stun guns, tasers and non firearm products that protect them from bad guys
