How Would You Monetize Local Weight Loss Niche?

Hi,

I decided to put up a youtube video in my local language targeting weight loss keywords.

The competition is nothing compared to what I'm used to here in the US so two months later and I'm all over the place for the biggest weight loss keywords, with number 1-3 spots on 10 000 exact searches, 6600 exact searches and many more (for the same video).

It's currently linking to an american clickbank offer, and the conversions are almost non-existing (like 0.0015%)

How would YOU monetize this to make as much money as possible?

CPA offer could be the solution if there is an offer available in your country

Search for an affiliate Weight loss products company (Google it. There's a few) with International offers.
Grab your aff link and bank.

Make a simple eBook revealing celebrity diet plan tips/secrets to lose weight/weight loss through yoga etc. and content lock it. You'll find a lot of that information online.

Selling some ebooks is indeed the best way to monetize the traffic! ..

1. start working on networking with individuals in the niche already. That will be equally if not more important than your marketing skills.

2. everything you do should be to brand you or your products as an expert in the field.

3. look to go even more niche. think women aged 25-35 who need to lose baby fat. or working moms who need to lose 10 pounds.... women age 25-45 is not a niche market, its a huge demographic with lots of niches in it.

Offer them supplements - hot ones not crappy CB ebooks.

Or setup a some sort of deal (ecommerce website in your language) where they buy from you and then you go and order the supplement through your own affiliate link.

That is best way i figured for countries like mine.
