How would you monetize FB groups?

I have a few Facebook groups I didn't monetize with 10k members each
One in Fitness niche and one in small business niche. Share me some ideas to make some money on them.

Apart from CPA I've always wondered if there exist marketplaces to sell promo posts in FB Pages/Groups.
 
I'm going to do some print on demand merch like t shirts, caps, backpack etc

I am looking to buy a good Facebook Group enough interactions. If u are unable to make money would you consider selling it???
 
You can promote products through your group or services. Also apps
 
My group is 100k members and 80% are from US. The reach goes from 10k to 30k. And I'm really stuck doing nothing with it!! I don't want to sell it but would like to know if they're ideas that can help me get some rewards from it. I know creating T-shirts is everyone's story to try first but I don't think I'll get a lot of money by that.

Why T-shirts? What niche group do you have?
 
Ask your group members what they're planning to buy in the future and provide them with your affiliate link for the product from Amazon
