Some dating ebook, for only 7$. Try PPC, or some other way to get targeted visitors. It should convert well.
You could give away the ebook for only 0.01$, but subscribe them to your email list. Subscribers that pay even 0.01$ will buy anything you try to sell them, but free subscribers wouldn't.
