Find brands that want to advertise to you and make deals with them. Or subscribe to Twitter Blue and enable the 'Monetize Tweets' setting. However, in order to earn money in this way, you must have received at least 5 million tweet impressions - every month - for the last 3 months. You will appreciate that this is also very difficult.
