I've a local real estate site/portal about 1+ year old, and I've been posting some articles & listings.

So far I'm only using it as a channel for me to serve realtors locally by providing them with lead generation services - mainly through AdWords and Facebook ads. Not very scalable and a lot of hard work, but at least it brings in some quick cash.
Recently I added some Adsense on the blog posts but it's not making much yet as my traffic is only in the hundreds per day.
Currently it's only serving one city, but the plan is to make it more regional.
How would you monetise this site if you were me? What should I sell?
I do need immediate cash flow and hopefully something more scalable in the long run.
Any insights or advice would be highly appreciated! thanks
