How would you invest 30k?

I am already making semi-authority niche sites and have access to cheap but pretty good writers. Only content marketing for now, no link building yet at all.
Used to own pretty decent PBN about 2 years ago but then got offered another kind of job and forgot about whole SEO and internet marketing... But jumping back in now with both feet

So I am thinking about targeting a little more competitive niches and rebuild my PBN for ranking but that's about it.

What would you do ?

I would start a real business with the money; a business that offers services to customers for a fee. A business that doesn't rely on Google and that cannot be threatened by any upcoming Google update. A business that is self-sustaining.

$30k is a lot of money,I would buy some good expired domains with high authority backlinks and used it to make many authority sites,add great content daily and rank them

Maybe start a restaurant, and get your IM work done from your office upstairs of the restaurant?
