How would you go about flipping this domain ?

Hey BHW,

Thanks in advance for those of you who are going to take some time to help.
I have a nice domain name related to housing in .co.uk.

My idea was to build a quick WP, write one/two big SEO oriented articles, and build traffic to then try to flip it to companies.
Does this seem viable to you ? Would you do something different ?
Last, how do you SEO a site with not much content ?

Its not really viable to be flipping new sites. Companies that would be interested are only going to look at your actual traffic figures. A site with a nonsensical name but targeted housing traffic will be much more desireable than a domain that sounds good but is new with no traffic.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking of doing SEO/building traffic for some months before flipping it, I'm not thinking of a quick flip. I just have this domain sleeping and would like to make something out of it. Problem is I wouldn't have too much content too put on it so I wonder if it will be possible to build enough traffic without much content ?
Any other use for "sleeping domains" ?
