How would you get around TikTok's spam filters using AWS?

Would you recommend RDP'ing PC/Linux, or SSH into Linux and downloading the GUI

Or, would it be better to run a VPC or go with a different VPS provider?

I'm no networking tech, but I don't believe TikTok will notice the traffic from the client to the middleman thru the tunnel?
