When I was fooling around with micro niche finder I came up with a keyword that has the following numbers.
Note that the exact phrase count there is bloated. It has only around 600 exact phrase results.

As far as I understand, the first ten results are there because of their authority. They are not properly optimized and they don't have page backlinks. May be I can compete with them if I took care of those.
So I bought a .net domain (which is the only available one). Will I be able to compete here? What would be the best way to monetize this site? A small site or blog or a large site. I am new to niche sites so hoping for some advice. TIA.
