Please pardon my newbie questions regarding Twitter bots and automation. My main focus thus far has been on SEO and I’m just starting to do more with social media.
My niche has a small but very active community on Twitter and I’ve already found that it’s the best place to get engagement and traffic. I’m picking up followers by engaging with accounts in my niche, but I’m not getting many likes or retweets on my content. I have just set up lots of scheduled tweets of my articles with appropriate hashtags, but I want to make sure they get seen by the community. I want to use retweet bots but need advice on what is required technically or if there’s a service that can do it for me.
I think I could accomplish this with about 50 Twitter accounts, but if you think I need more, please let me know.
Each of these accounts would follow my business plus a bunch of influencers within my niche. They would then retweet my content daily, but only some accounts each day to avoid footprints. As I said, the niche isn’t enormous, so 5 to 15 retweets are probably enough to get my tweets to show up on feeds. They would also retweet a couple of things from other niche accounts they follow each day. Plus I would give them each some unrelated interest to retweet one item about each day. For my niche, it is important that the accounts look authentic and have names, profile pictures, and hashtags that relate to the community.
It would be very helpful if I could control all of these accounts from one login, but I don’t understand how the various panels work or if they can do this. I do not want to mess with proxies or setting up accounts at all as it would take a lot of my time and I would probably make a lot of mistakes since I’ve never done it before. Is this something that could be set up for me easily using existing tools? If so, which ones? What kind of cost would I be looking at to run this for 3 to 6 months? At some point, hopefully organic engagement would make it unnecessary.
Thanks and again I’m sorry for the very clueless questions!
