How would I know if Google is punishing me?

So I have a website which is a multi-niche site for CPA. In the gaming realm. The niches / keywords it's focussed on should be rankable in my sleep. I dont have any manual actions against me according to Webmaster Tools, but I am no where to be found on the rankings about 2 wks in. Is this indicative of google's algorithm affecting me?

google yoursite.com and if your site comes up, there most likely isn't a negative penalty on your site. 2 weeks still isn't a long time so in the meantime, build a couple links and then check back.
