How would I go about creating this affiliate program?

Hello all, first time posting here.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I hope it will at least point me in the right direction.

I am looking into developing a platform that would allow me to have affiliates create a page which they would send traffic to and have them view ads.

It would have credit the affiliate when the ad is clicked/viewed/etc., separate my cut and track data of the viewer.

I am wondering, is there any sort of existing turnkey solution out there or any sort of ad network with an API I can plug into my software to simplify and streamline this process, as well as provide the ad content required to accomplish this?

If you're talking about creating your own OGads/LosPollos/AdGate Media styled site then I'm following the heck out of this as it'd cut out one person in the supply chain for a lot of my sites

Building the platform / backend isn't the hard part.. it's building relationships with advertisers. It's also gonna require a lot of start up capital in the beginning, and bringing new affiliates (especially whales) to your platform isn't easy either, as most of us are already comfortable with our current setup. If you're serious about it, I would recommend going to Affiliate Shows/Expos and start building those relationships. If you're a nobody, you're gonna have a difficult time. There's already a bunch of shitty CPA networks, the world doesn't need another one.

Say I've got my own communities and partners willing to use my network already? Where would I go about finding one of the shittier networks to buy and then I could use whatever advertisers available and grow from there?

Any ideas how much I'd be looking to buy a network for? This stuff's hard to find info on

tl;dr: have my own site already running and profiting, would rather have my own offerwall up front than AdGate Media. Have friends that also use AGM as offerwall one that would gladly throw mine up if I offered better rates than AGM
