how would i do this with yahoo toolbar program

hi all. how would i set up my homepage/site so that when a visitor comes. they are prompted to download yahoo toolbar.. just like the zango gateway. but i wanna try with yahoo toolbar.. can anyone help me with this or have a idea what to do?
