I need a site like that except for another niche. How could I do this, or is anyone willing to JV?

This is a simple site. You can do this easily on many wordpress themes.
 
How would you manage the image rotation, voting, and guest image uploads?
 
Very simple site indeed. It could be programmed into wordpress. The image rotation and voting etc, could all be implemented into wordpress if you paid a coder to do so.
 
Wordpress would be perfect - I was thinking Drupal, but yes, Wordpress would be easier. You'd need to make a plugin (or modify an existing plugin) to store references to your images and the attached votes inside of your sites database. Probably much easier to pay a developer if you have little experience with php & sql.
 
Thanks for the post, know anyone who would be willing to do this? Or do a long-term JV?
 
I actually just found a plugin for it. BHW isn't letting me post URL's however I simply searched "image voting plugin wordpress" in g$$gle and found something within a minute.

Does cost money however, but still cheaper than paying a web dev.
 
learn some php and you could create this site within 1-2 hours.
