How will old content with no backlinks SEnukeX campaign?

I have a website that is in a decent niche and the competition is low. It's about 6 months old and I am wondering should I get more content and then run a SeNukeX campaign or will I have the same effects with the content already on there. I am hoping some of you will be able to help me.

Content is the king these days, it never hurts to add some fresh content.

I thought so, but should I also run campaigns for this old content? It's got a decent amount. Around 10 articles. It's in a niche that would allow me to turn this site into an authority site. Should I send some campaigns to them or just on the new fresh content?
