How will Google be able to know if some web 2.0's are registered using the same IP ?

How will Google be able to know if some web 2.0's are registered using the same IP ? The same question for any other backlinks, profiles etc. How they see if those profiles are built from the same IP ?

Maybe through browser.. but how ? and how else? and how to block Google from having this information?

Google isnt interested in knowing how links were obtained, they are only interested in knowing where your links come from.
 
They don't have access to this information except they own the web 2.0 platform like blogger. I think Google doesn't care too much about the IP because real spammers use anyways proxies.
 
Google only know if you create it on blogger or sites.google.com other than that enjoy man...
 
So it's better to have 1 blog in 1 gmail rather than 25 blogs in 1 gmail?

Yes its good to use multiple email. Because Google cant identify that but blog platform will. Like if you have 25 tumblr account under one email then they might ban your account. In that case you will lose all account together. Best practice is to use as many email as possible.

Google will not know it. The only reason you would want to change IP is if you want to create multiple accounts on the same website (web2.0 etc.)
 
They dont know.
Google only kmow ur web 2.0 IP not ur IP when u create them.
 
As many have stated, Google may not know, but I still feel it's best to move around i.e. don't just keep creating a ton of backlinks from the same IP even if you think you can. I just don't think it's wise. Move around a bit and diversify your IPs and browsers. Remember: It's hard to catch a moving target.
 
ok so if i build mass backlinks (profiles, comments, etc) i can use one ip(proxy) for all without having any problems right?
