How/Where to Sell FB FP?

I did a lot of searching before coming here to ask, but I haven't really found a place where I could sell a FB f@n p@ge. I know it is against TOS but surely people sell them still. Any suggestions?

The only way really is to make the buyer of the page an admin, and then leave the page yourself.
