How well taboola, outbrain and smartfeed perform?

Most of premium websites have this related posts and sponsored posts election at the end of their articles.

It is either taboola or smartfeed and rarely outbrain too.

Does anybody here has experience or info here about using them? What is their minimum requirements to get approved and ecpm etc?

I know a few guys that run WHITE-HAT offers with Taboola and outbrain. Those are very strong and Quality traffic sources.
which only allow super insanely whitehat offers which it's just an email submit. no credit card stuff, no sense of urgency, no auto-updating timestamp, etc...
