How well do ppv sites check your links before payout?

Hi,

Currently I'm using ****** and i was wondering how well do they check your links before payout? There's a lot of rules in the terms that your not allowed to mask links with for example bit.ly or post / spam on forums or promise rewards.

Do they really check your links? And how else will you make anything more then cents instead of dollars?
