Okay, so, I put up a site about 3 days ago. I just check my stats and I have had almost 1,000 visitors.

Now, I know 1,000 visitors in a couple days for an established site is kind of cruddy. But, My site is brand new. I bought the domain about 5 days ago. I am advertising Via social media. I have had a lot of people tell me my site looks great, even just had someone ask me to sponsor them. Lol.

So, After letting me know if I am doing well for a newbie,

Can someone tell me how to sponsor somebody? Lol?

Depends upon your website. Maybe putting up their ads or making a post about them.
 
You might have cracked the ingredients of the ranking sauce.

You can ask them to create a banner for your website. Put it up on your site and start banking as 'sponsoring' them.

If your niche is good enough to make sale... You can promote clickbank offers by yourself to make $$$.
 
Put sponsoring tab is a good way to monetize your website, How many page views are you getting in the website?
 
SEO your website more and read about articles in this websites about SEO.

1000 visitors after 3 days? Sounds too good to be true. Would be interested to know exactly what you're doing via social media.
 
Well you are lucky to get that in 3 days. Is your domain new or was it previously owned by someone else?
 
Can you tell me more about what kind of traffic? From what tier countrys? All organic? All social media?
