How we can get verified badge for a celebrity?

We are a digital agency based in Turkey. We are working with celebrities. They have got verified badge on Facebook. But they haven't got on Instagram. They want to be have verified badge on Instagram.

How we can get verified badge for them?

It is important for us. Please, help...

IG clearly states that if a celebrity is verified on Facebook, it means nothing to them. IG provides verified status to profiles that they believe could be impersonated easily. If you can point out that there are many fake profiles misusing the celebrity name on IG then may be you stand a chance.
