    First off im pretty much a cloaking nub, but this is crazy.

    Check this out.. if you google the product 'fap turbo' you will get
    the screen below. http://www.fapturbolive.com is redirecting to the merchant page somehow. The site has no backlinks at all and is still ranked #2. kellyservice.com is #3 and has nothing on the page.

    Can someone please tell me how this was done? Thanks ahead!

    It has got 1 inlink:
    Code:
    https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/search?p=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.fapturbolive.com&fr=sfp&bwm=i
    Check out the meta keywords / description. Maybe the framed page is ok and the original page is being penalized for having too many words / too many repeat words / too long description

    so then that means that if you add an iframe of another site with loads of backlinks thats related to your site then you will get a high position???? or not

    if so then thats one mega huge loophole that can easily be exploited

    That was just a guess anyway as the backlinks are exactly the same. No idea why its doing this. Im gonna iFrame Google.com on a site I dont use and see what happens lol.

    Weird, it's an iframe of a clickbank page. Which is the affiliate page. Fapturbolive.com also has the same page rank as fapturbo.com

    But honestly this is all feasible. PR 2 pages without any backlinks is possible, and it's possible to show up #2 for that search because of the very low competition.

    But if this does work... could you use it for cloaking? Looks like what he did was change the meta data and iframe the website. Could it be possible to do beat your competition by doing some creative cloaking? Assuming this works...

    That is strange.. seems to be just a frame

    Code:
    <frameset rows="100%,*" border="0">
      <frame src="http://vluv1.fapturbo.hop.clickbank.net" frameborder="0" />
      <frame frameborder="0" noresize />
    </frameset>

    from source code.

    Guys it is purely white hat seo.
    His site's title is very long tail keyword phrase which contains all the keywords that people search for related to forex like forex, trading, automated, robot, money.

    It is possible that it could be a white hat SEO, because this domain is created in 1995 and is full of keywords. So after doing SEO for 13 years it is very much possible that it ranks good.
    You can have a more info on this domain http://www.whois.net/whois_new.cgi?d=kellyservices&tld=com

    The domain fapturbolive.com is a redirect or fapturbo.com. I understand that the domain can be old and all that.. but doesnt explain how he was able to use a redirect and get the #2 ranking within days

    Nice discussion :)

    All I can say is age and PR plays a huge rule here, and Google trusts the site... maybe the domain was incubated weeks/months back, maybe he studied the backlinks for the original site and executed link exchange, or maybe it's owned by the owner of the original site. All I know is this took time to build up... and won't last for more than a month.
