How was Black Hat World Made?

I was wondering was Black Hat World website made by purely coding or did they use template thing like MyBB, phpbb, wordpress or whatever else there is. Cause this site is so unique from others I see just wondering how it was made.

It is possible to get nulled versions but they usually come with a virus. Also vBulletin will eventually go after you. It's better to pay for it or use something else that's free. MyBB is pretty good. There's also VanillaForums which looks interesting.

I have never seen a huge forum running on Vanilla. It would be cool to see I think.

Anyways there are many other forum software out there.

BlackHatWorld is made from vBulletin. For more information, this the link: http://www.vbulletin.com/

In addition, MyBB, PhpBB or vBulletin etc. are not template. They're forum platforms. WordPress is also not a template either.
 
I want to start up a forum, but I'm too busy with other projects, at this time. I'd highly recommend MyBB, but ultimately, you're going to need to look at all the options and make your own decision. Visit sites created in all the different platforms. Sign up. Post. Get a feel for the one that best suits your taste. Then, take action!
 
If I was going to make a form I'd make it from scratch with Ruby on Rails.
 
BHW was made by daddy "Diamond Dave" and mommy "Vbulliten" .

"Hostwind's" server and "Harro" were two witness of this world changing incident which let to the birth of legend BHW.
