hi,
maybe anyone could give some tips how warm up fb acc for posting to groups. Because few of mine temporary blocked and i didn't post anything to groups. Accounts 5 years old

better buy some real accounts or use friends/family real account

any suggestions where buy real acc? and how to use them private proxy?

Just do some noraml activiteis at first likeing pages and do comments and stuff for 3 days then you can start posting

I think that also you need to take care about IP adress...if its blacklisted..than I think normal acitivites and warming wont help.

So first steps should be: liking pages and do comments, and after 3 days of non-activity we can start posting in groups ? Do you have some other suggetions?

Does facebook care about IP when creating accounts? And does anyone have suggestions on how to work around it if so? The proxies I have seem to just end in an error

Yes it does and if the IPs are flagged it may not allow you to create the accounts or ban the running ones.

Need not necessarily be always about IP, even the accounts you have your likes from and to can also matter, if there is a loop pattern in this then it can get flagged

Does the flag go away after some time or is it flagged permanently?

The best thing that worked for me was to play games on Facebook then they won't ban your account as they will think there is a real person behind it. And start posting to the groups slowly, one post per group a day, no more than 5 groups a day during the first week.

For how long did you play games daily/weekly ? 1 hour, 2 hours ?
