Which software did they used for that wonderful voice over. I am sure they used text to speech conversion but the voice looks realistic.
Do you know the software name for such computer voice

They don't use a software for that they are clearly hiring people to voice that over for them.

How do they have the similar voice tone in different videos. I checked literally 20 videos from different channels and they were all like the same.

It's a Good Mic + Good Voice + Adobe Audition to edit those sounds.

There are so many voice over gigs on fiverr that are so popular they could all be using the same seller.

It's a person doing it, fiverr is full of people that will do this. It will probably cost $20.

Yes you can hire a VO in fiverr for just $5 with wording around 100-150( one minute)
Some cost higher with only 50 words.
