how validate 60k links

Hi, i have hire a link profile service (3k new links per day), them i want know what is the best method for do "validation" of this links to google.
What mean "validation": that google count it as a valid link

Actually i'm running the rapid indexer tool of sb, but i want add this links as profiles or into post or comments content.
what tool can manage this volume (3000 links per day)
