How unique to pass Copyscape?

I am rewriting some articles that are not posted online yet. How unique does the rewrite need to be to pass copyscape after they are indexed?

the more unique the better but in my opinion spinning the content at least 70% and up should be copyscape proof there are also some programs like dupefree pro that you can download and they work like copyscape.

Well if you are re-writing the content then re-written content should be atleast 60% unique from original in order to make it pass copyscape.
