How unblock Marketplace?

I have been posting Ipads and Iphones in facebook marketplace for about 2 weeks. But they blocked me using marketplace and buy-sell groups. I tried explain them by contacting them 2 times, but they not gonna unblock. Is there any ways to be unblocked without creating new account?

I mean maybe there is the limitation period. Maybe I should try write them after 2-3 months and ask them again
 
if there was a limitation time im sure FB would have said how long
 
Use a new account. Why wait 2 months not knowing if they'll sort it for you?

replied to me..................0
