how UK rich guy survive?

I think most would stop bitching about taxes when you get medical bills and other "beneficial and necessary" social services paid for.

This is the "just take this money and shut up" argument. While taking benefit from stolen money is satisfying in the short term, it has the disadvantage of capital miss-allocation, which is a fancy way of saying that you're destroying future growth. As Keynes said (paraphrasing), "who gives a shit once I'm dead" but some of us do give a shit.

In India it's 30% (for moderate income that is..), but if you see the roads and services here.. you will thank yourself to be living in Europe lol. No offense to Indian users as I am from India too.
I think 10% and now 18% for all shit. Though new rate came for individual cases. Yeah.. road and system suck man.. horrible. Hell of corruption.

But there is one difference:

in UK, you pay tax when you get income, in Estonia you pay tax when you consume income for personal usage. It means, every reinvest in Estonia is free of tax. It's perfect for bitcoin traders but also internet business. Earn>reinvest>earn>reinvest. You can pay tax after 10 years.
Yes, you need to consume but also your company can be owner of your flat, cars, etc. You have also 50 euro/day diet for business traveling (for example hotel...or food).

pro tip: you can be resident of Spain, biggest tax free in EU and just move cash from Estonia to Spain

It's the same in the UK, you don't pay tax on income, you pay tax on profit.

Since they're so great, they should tax more. 100% sounds about right. Then you can get the benefits of free everything. You'll be living in Nowa Huta (since you're Polish) - with turrets on the rooftops to fight house to house against an American invasion and basement garages (but no cars) - but hey, free everything.
Its not about how great taxes are, but what you get from them. In the US you are paying about the same in taxes, but what you got for that is a fraction of what people got in the EU. And is beyond my understanding how you can be OK with that.

what upset me that indian people work so hard i mean really hard for any money , some work like a horse it upset me .

also children seem to work in India very young upset me aswell .

I went to India when 16 just to exspirence it , i was to up set with the problams and living conditions and the children on the streets it has effected me for life .

a person that runs to india to improve there own life becouse they got money is wrong .

poor Indian ppl deserve respect and love

the law should change where the rich help the very poor to be rich like them self.

when i say poor i mean black water washing in black muck

tax is 40 % and is that madness? usa tax only 2-13%. how uk guy live compare to usa? how they fightback? move to usa?
Good point.
And yes there is a migration wave from UK to US, starting about, hmm, 400 years ago, give or take.

In the US, the total effective federal tax rate (including corporate income and excise taxes) for someone earing $65-90k is ~%15. For someone earning $44k - $65k it's ~11%.

In the UK, according to the Guardian, a lad making 40k pounds, gets to keep 30k pounds and some change, which is a grab of ~25%. Now, add to that an extra ~%20 VAT on those $30k.

In other words, a lady in the US earning $52k gets to enjoy a purchasing power of ~$48k while her cousin in the UK earning the same, gets $42k before taking VAT into account (i.e. a penalty for buying stuff), so it comes down to an effective purchasing power of $33k.

Doesn't look like "about the same" at all to me.

if you want to pay cheaper tax, pay your political person. bribe them. this is blackhatworld. everthing must go for blackhat :p

always pay your tax .(( rules are rules ))

I going to get it know lol .....

I think usa men are more real men then uk men .

let me exsplain , a usa man no about gun and shoot a gun , a UK man would run from any such activaty .

a usa man will hunt or hunted and kill to eat fresh from the land and cook it there and then on forest , only farmer does this but with legal machines and uniforms under cert .

usa people seem to like everthink big and build there own not scared to have friends around make huge stables or secound homes or big garages , English no chance lucky to see them pick a tool up these days .

usa man in genral climb a 300 ft tree cut it back with chainsaw , English man never only if job related .

I am not saying the English are week I am just saying that usa men are still men , they might have computer job but still dig big holes make massave projects have fun with dangours men toys....

we in uk have been told it illegal dont do this dont do that , we become stopped in our tracks .

I am 45 I have seen some chages in uk and really understand why ppl do live in usa , it like they can be there self and real men.

sorry dont get offended just saying .

you might say we can do the same in uk but unfortuntly only if you got money and there rules and always will be rules even to cut a tree down , even if it your land , no joke lol

i want to beam to Alaska sit on a rock on a flowing river with me laptop and blackhat forum on the browser lol lol

I bet some do on here dam....

I was just reading about taxes..

I can't believe people are actually paying those amounts of money as taxes

Where I live, I don't pay a single penny as a tax ... I don't even own a company ! While those who have company can get away from paying taxes using bribes..

Moving to USA is never an option. Can't run away from responsibility. In my side Tax doesn't count much. One can pay Tax if he's engaging in politics or want a loan from bank. We pay tax though

Doesn't look like "about the same" at all to me.

To quote myself:

Eh the naiveness.

Business taxes:
US corporate tax until Trump - 35% (now 21%).
EU average - 21%.
UK specifically - 20%.

Lets look at individuals:
For the US "effective tax rate of about 24% for the average household" - now add Health insurance (6% of annual income) and 401 plans (6.2% at average)... = 36%
For EU average: 44%, for UK specifically 35% (remember this includes your health insurance, pension, unemployment insurance, sick days (usually unlimited) and so on).

So all in all in the US you are paying the same taxes as in the EU, but you are getting WAY less for your money.

Its one to look at each individual tax, completely another story if you look at the whole picture. Also no need to belive me, just google "tax burden per country".

The effective tax rate numbers I quoted were from looking at sources. If you think otherwise, just ask me to give you the links. In the mean time, a lass in the US making $52k has a purchasing power of $47k while her cousin in the UK is at $33k.

This is getting ridiculous. The gal in the UK doesn't have to spend a cent for his healthcare insurance, out of the taxes he paid. His US counterpart however at average will pay 6%. The UK gal doesn't have to spend another 6% at his 401, because its already in his taxes. This put another 12% over what your sources say, but it seems that it doesn't matter to you.

You are an idiot....get your facts correct before spouting B*S*

And 40% of £10m....still leaves a lot

Totally agreed... population being the major reason!

You don't need to feel sorry truth hurts I know :)
