How u ppl making landing page for ppi?

As a publisher how u guys make your own landing page for ppi ? How u guys deal with chrome block ?
Is there any website to make it for free ?Waitng for solution ..

I didn't make landing page but what I do sometime is download the file, re-upload it to another website like MediaFire to avoid Chrome Block, but in this case you need to do it every 2-3 days to avoid Antivirus detection
