and how long they stay on YT?
I created 15 accounts using sim cards and dynamic IPs and all the accounts are there.
I just bought sim cards for it as i was out of money and can't buy PVAs.

Buying from fiverr is a better option. Just find a old and trusted member in there. My accounts rarely get banned, i borrow those accounts from my friend who actually buys it off fiverr.
Did the phone number from the sim card match your proxy/ip?
For example, when I use a sim card from europe and a proxy from US, will this get banned or did you not get banned?

Dude that doesnt matter actually .
I make with US ip and verify them with Indian Phone number.
They wont get banned unless you spam them.

He must have made all the account some IP .
Ok thank you, I think I will just buy some european sim cards then.
Can you also answer this: Say that I verify 5 different accounts with 1 phone number. One of the accounts get banned for spamming (itunes hacks or whatever). Will all of my accounts get banned that used the same phone number? Also the legit ones with good video's?

As fbfbfb said no method lasts long. I was also using the Pinger method and it's not working for me either.
I just buy the accounts, it's easier and less time consuming.
fbfbfb sells YT PVA accounts, check his sig. There are also more YT PVA sellers on BHW.
Just save yourself the time OP and buy them. Or look into a bot that can create YT PVA accounts. I have found one but it's really slow!

With one simcard you can make 10 GMail/Youtube acounts. But making 10 is not safe.
Yes you may have a chance of getting banned (all 5) . But i never got such situation.
SIMPLE METHOD -- > Just don't use them for spamming . if you are spamming don't care about the accounts. lol

Pinger ain't working anymore, accounts on Fiverr and alike can die pretty fast too. In fact, as soon as you really start to push it, it becomes hard to keep them so the only way to work around this is have lots and lots of accounts and do very little with them (very slowly too)

I use Non-PVA accounts and they work well for me. You just need good proxies to bypass the phone verification part. 
But if your videos are more than 15 minutes long, then yes you'll need them to be PVA
