Ok here's my problem:

Let's say I want to create a wordpress blog and optimize it for this keyword: "how to lose weight fast"

How would I describe the tags when creating the blogs?

1)
how to lose weight fast, Lose weight, Lose weight fast, etc.

or

2)
weight, fast, lose, how to


what would be better?
