Hi guys, any suggestion or template for writing SEO proposal report? or is there any online service for creating SEO proposal report recommended?

Regards

well actually you can search for google for "Pupose of Seo" grab articles add it your own twist to convince client and pack it as pdf and send them.

Your proposal should be simple and clear for an average joe to understand and should include the following:

Keyword Research (show them keyword planner stats)
What competitors are doing
Where are they ranking now
What are keywords you plan to rank

I wouldn't get too complicated showing pagerank, backlinks stats and stuff. Most people don't know what the heck they are.
All the care is get them to #1, how much more traffic it will bring them, and how much it will cost them to get this going.

I think the word 'purpose' in the title was supposed to be 'proposal'. mihuanyao is just a clumsy typer.

We our starting in our Local SEO Service soon, and i am pretty interested in this also.

My thought on Seo proposal`s were to include :

What we offer : SEO analysis , Competitors tracking, On site/Off site SEO ( backlinking ) , traffic improvement, 24/7 support etc..

What originalposter said, all that customers care about is ranking high ( if they know what seo is ) or improve their business and sales ( ones that dont know what seo is ) .. So i think its important to include both categories of people in the proposal and make it as noob friendly and professional as you can.

And also make all proposals personal. Analyse the company you are going to propose, include a couple of free on site seo tips or marketing tips in there and make a reasonable price for starters. You want to show them results first before you turn them into your longterm customers.

If you are lazy, subscribe to newsletters from SEO providers. Every week they send you a pitch on why you may want to buy their services. LOL. I get many of these every week. Then copy the style. Done.
