I’m not entirely sure what you mean by semantic articles? However, I do recommend checking out the Copywriting & Sales Persuasion section of this forum — and maybe even the Blogging section. Hopefully, you’ll find your answer there.

"Suitable article for google optimization" stands for just a good article. Without errors, long sentences, or spammy unnatural keywords in every single sentence. The way how people scroll through an article really affects its rankings. It means, the easier it is to read, the better it performs in SERP

Then my advice applies, you can look through the forum sections I've already mentioned. As the other commenter already said, you have to have good grammar and flow, an interesting writing style, and one that's easy to look at. Think bullet points, subheadings, bolded text, etc. And of course, the topic needs to be interesting and relevant to your niche. And then there's the subject of keywords. Believe it or not, all of these things play a part in how well an article is ranking. After all, Google's ranking algorithm isn't only based on the page content, but also on the amount of time people usually spend on the page. You just worry about answering popular questions for your niche and providing valuable insight, and take care of the rest with SEO methods.

Examples of semantic elements: <form>, <table>, and <article> - Clearly defines its content.
