Few months ago I launched an email campagn to promote a CPA offer about iPhone/iPad to win.
For that, I did a design identical to the official Apple emails with just a mention like : "No relations with Apple Inc" (...).
My example :
But caution, it's barely legal...

I think that it's mostly as making a sales thread or a salespage, you must try to sell and convince like in any other salesthread/website, just take care of "dangerous" spammy words and you will be ok
