How to write posts and schedule them .

    Hi all , is there a way to write my own posts , like offers for example , in wordpress and put them all on a schedule , like to post every 5 mins for example , is there a plugin ? , i thought wp robot might of done it , but its just affilate templates , any ideas guys? cheers pete....:cool:

    On right side above the publish button. You specify the date & time when you want them to get published. You have to correctly setup a cronjob for this i think.

    No need for plugin

    You don't need a cronjob if you're just scheduling posts to be published in advance. They will appear to be published whenever someone fetches the main page after the publish time and date, and the sitemap will be updated automagically.

    If you're set to ping on every new post, the ping will go out on the SECOND load of a page after the new scheduled article has been published (I tested).

    Thanks guys , but if i have 5 posts there , and i want them to go out every 5 mins , when the last post is posted , how can i have the settings set to just repeat the whole process without me having to set it up again.. cheers

    Personally I would write a script to modify the publishing times directly in the mysql db. That would be the simplest and a five minute job on a freelancer site if you can't do it yourself.

    There's no plugin that I know of that does this.
