What do sites like break studios and demandstudios want to see on your resume? What do they like to see in terms of experience and writing ability?
What subjects do they favor?
Also can you use a pen name on these sites if you wish?

I used a pen name for DM, but I have no idea about Break Studios. When I applied, I just gave them my regular resume, but added "Freelance Writer" in my work experience and went into detail about the writing that I had done for clients.

I think Demand Studios likes to see someone who has written before. It is harder to get in now than it used to be. I got accepted as a writer there and wrote some articles, and had no trouble getting started. But when I tried to get a couple friends or relatives started, they were rejected. But they were not established writers, just people who could write and wanted to. So if you have trouble getting in, you might need to establish a byline someplace else so you can show it to them.

I have tried to get in with demand studios , and have failed each time.
So I have been sticking to textbroker which is very easy to get into. But I do know peopel who right for Demand studious and i will admit their writing is very good.

I'm not sure Demand is actually hiring writers, regardless of what the site says. My sister applied there recently and she is an experienced writer with many print credits and she was rejected.

I write for Break, but they have no work.

I still work for Demand. ATM, they are only hiring writers who can write about Tech, Auto or Home-related subjects, since they are the only three sections that still have a fair amount of available titles.

Break Studios is dead.

DMS, on the other hand, is still hiring writers for a bunch of sites, including Tech, Food and Drinks, Home and Pets. They are mostly looking for people who have experience working in one of those fields. No former writing experience is required.
