This is solid. I think for most of us who haven't done this approach though, would take like 20+ hours to create. It's different when you have a team and you can just say "I'll get my editor to do it". I think a lot of it is for the more advanced blogger/ team. Just my thoughts.

I say take the basic principles out of it and apply. Think before you write.

write post with use your creativity level and write an unique post. your post must be related by your website content or related to your keyword.

You can easily Rank your blog by reusing the most relevant keyword, but keep in mind excess usage of a particular keyword will not help increase the rank but instead it will get your blog not to be published if on a public forum. Google uses the keywords to rank its posts
