How to work with multiple landing pages in the same link?

Just got a reply from an SEO company that you can see below in italics I would love to know what they mean if aanyone has any idea.

"When we work with the links we embed the sublinks so that the visitors also can see

Links to other landing pages. In this way we can work with multiple landing pages in the same link."

How would someone work with multiple landing pages in the same link? What does that even mean?

What is a sublink?

And embed it in their sites so that visitors can also see links to other landing pages.

Any help on this would be awesome guys.
