How to work with Facebook Groups

Hi guys.

We have a few FB-groups with more than 100,000 subscribers. For a few days we have tried to work with some partner programs by making posts about the product and posting the links . But we have zero conversion and maximum 20 hits per day only. Can you give us advise plase, how to promote a notdating offers in FB-groups.
Thanks!

start incresting your interaction before you try to sell them,
also have few accounts that can praise you for your comments.
